stubborn ABDOMINAL fat....

like most americans....  eye have significant abdominial fat....  according to the bmi....  my weight is in the normal range....  but....  according to the waist to height ratio....  eye am slightly outside of the recommended range....  my waist to height ratio is fifty one percent....  it should be below forty nine percent....  so....  although my bmi is in the normal range....  eye have excessive abdominal fat...

why....  what is the cause....  how do eye eliminate it....  those will be the questions that eye explore in this section....
