meat....

so....  the theory is....  that the creator of this world....  made humans omnivores....  they made us....  so that we must eat meat to survive....  the reason was brilliant....  he made us omnivores.... dependent on meat....  so that we could relate to the other meat eaters in this world....  so that we would NOT ever try to exterminate other meat eaters....  because....  meat eaters are necessary....  to keep the balance in the world....  they are a critical part of the food chain....  and....  without them....  the world would not survive....  so....  he made us meat eaters....  so that we would be able to empathize with other meat eaters....  and would never try to eliminate them....

a great example of this....  is the shadows....  shadows do not eat....  so....  some of the shadows....  want to either....  force humans to become vegan....  or....  exterminate the humans....  because they do not eat....  it is easy for them to judge us....  to try to force us to live in the way that they want us to live....  

so....  our maker made us meat eaters....  so that we would always identify with the meat eaters of the world....  and....  never try to exterminate them....  

besides some of the obvious reasons that we need to eat meat....  like....  the fact that meat is the only source of b-twelve....  

there are other reasons to eat meat....  meat has higher concetrations of certain nutrients....  and....  many of the nutrients in meat are MORE bioavailable....  omegas....  you cannot get enough omegas from a vegan diet....  flax seeds will never provide you with enough omega threes....  and....  the form of vitamin a (retinol) found in meat is more bioavailable than the vitamin a (beta-carotene) found in plants....  and the type of iron (heme) found in meat is much more bioavailable than the iron (non-heme) found in plants....  zinc is also more bioavailable in meat than in vegetables....  so are most of the essential amion acids....  and....  so are most of the b-vitamins....  b-twelve is ONLY found in meat....  we need to consume meat in order to get enough vitamin a and iron and omega three and zinc and essential amino acids and many b-vitamins....
