regrowing hair....

let us start with an easy one....  eye am going fairly bald....  at least on the top....  eye am NOT going to try plugs....  eye am NOT going to try any of modern medicines techniques for regrowing hair....  eye am going all naturalle....

starting with....  poseidens trick....  scrub the top of your head....  with a brush....  he does it everytime that he shampoos his hair....  eye am going to dial it up a notch....  eye am going to scrub my head....  with a brush....  when eye drive....  so....  a lot longer than he does....  if you have not discovered yet....  eye LOVE multi-tasking....  driving and scrubbing....  eye am in heaven....

eye am also going to figure out what might help....  what kind of oils might help with hair growth....  so far....  eye have learned coconut oil will help....  so....  eye rubbed coconut oil on my head today.... 

eye am also thinking eye need to kill the bacteria on my head....  yes.... my son is right....  eye do focus....  too much maybe....  on bacteria....

so....  eye am gonna use essential oils with carrier oils on my head....  probably oregano and tea tree and eucalyptus....

and....  eye am going to....  at times....  use capsaicin....  eye love capsaicin....  it is a natural born killer....  no....  not the quite the same kinda natural born killers as woody....  but....  you get the point....  right....  

also....  getting my thyroid fixed will help to....  because....  hypothyroidism....  is the leading cause of hair loss....
